Q&A: A Google 'stalker' deconstructs the secrets to its success: "When you build, you have to pick a platform, and each has own API and languages and so on. If I'm an independent software developer, what languages should I be learning today? Google's APIs, Amazon's, eBay's, Salesforce.com's. I should keep track of the number of mashups being developed on these platforms so I can learn these APIs and build my own mashups that run on them. That is a good career path. You've got to watch the evolution of these platform companies and see which are the next operating systems, if you will."

Is Google Instant killing #SEO?

Apparently not according to Google's own SEO expert. But it will radically change.  A blog post from TechCrunch by Jason Kincaid tells how: Such a major change will impact the way people conduct their searches, and that will lead to repercussions for the search ecosystem. Steve Rubel says that it will make Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — the dark magic that helps websites appear higher in search results — totally  irrelevant . Now  Matt Cutts , the longtime Googler who is in charge of Google’s webspam team and often speaks publicly about SEO issues, has  weighed in  on how he thinks things will change. The best place to set up your startup

That's quite a question. I certainly know the best place isn't Hamar. Innovation Norway at Hamar appearently don't think we're innovative enough to earn more support. So we are moving to Oslo, and staying in La Vila in Spain. But I'm proud to tell you we've received offer to incubate in Silicon Valley and Berlin. And we have to decide.
